Giving Back to the CommunityAt the heart of Rt 4 Live is a commitment to making a difference. While we’ve supported multiple local nonprofits in the past, this year we are dedicating our efforts to a single cause, the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer—helping raise funds and awareness for cancer research and patient support. The JR Memorial Cruise for a Cure at Indian Lake, Ohio raises funds to fight cancer in the name of the late Jerry Richardson. Jerry was a long-time resident of the Indian lake community and was taken far too soon in 2013 due to a malignant brain tumor. Since then a team of Indian Lake residents and volunteers have teamed with Lisa Cisco and Chris Quinn of the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer to try and help find a cure for this awful disease. This year’s JR Memorial marks a meaningful new chapter at Indian Lake. With a new, smaller lakeside venue, we’re creating a more personal experience—one designed to celebrate relationships, recognize generosity, and honor an incredible milestone: $3 million raised in the fight against cancer.

Join us for the annual The Ohio Eggfest, presented by Specialty Gas House & Buckeye Cruise for Cancer. This event is a one-of-a-kind grilling celebration & fundraiser featuring the Big Green Egg grill. Enjoy a day of all you can eat delicious food, cooking demos, live music & more, all while supporting cancer research. 100% of proceeds benefit Buckeye Cruise for Cancer & The James Cancer Hospital, helping to fund life-saving cancer research.   

This is a great night of virtual horse racing, fantastic food, live and silent auction and good fun on the farm!  Kids are welcome!

Join us at Lucky's Grille & Sports Pub in Hilliard to celebrate 6 hours of fun, 6 days before the start of the Buckeyes football season, 6 months before the Buckeye Cruise for Cancer!  One of the best days of live music, food, fundraising, and friends!  There will be a fabulous silent auction, Duck Pond, and more!

Come out for a fun day at Papa Boos and listen to AJ play his favorite tunes.  Lots of things to do during the day like bid on auction items, shop the Duck Pond, participate in raffles, and more!

Come enjoy a great family day out where you can compete in a Bocce tournament against former Buckeye Greats, such as Katie Smith!  Don't know how to play Bocce? No worry, this is a learn-as-you-go group of people. You will have amazing food by The Berwick, listen to live music, shop the Duck Pond and bid on fantastic items in the silent auction!
